Our #letter to #Animals #Australia!!!!

Dear Animals and Humans behind this awesome site and project… we were told by our Guardians Adam Totoro and Evelyn Vedrana that it would be wise and helpfull for everyone involved to share our wonderful and rewarding campaign on a crowd funding platform with you… today we are passing through 13th day of our already enormously sucessful campaign… we have collected 25% of the goal ( that we will stretch when we achieve it) and we have helped already through our network and the awesome and loving hands of Mr. Dragan, five dogs who needed wheelchair because of their current health condition. Please read below two links:
one on the project site and one on the Facebook page dedicated to update everyone on the project and to network with success any wheelchair that we manage to get through this campaign… we are helping dogs and cats but we are open to help any other animal in need as i am sure out there we can together find more tools like our wheelchair that can save and improve lives of our Animal guardians Love from Europe (this campaign is run by the team spreading from Ireland to Croatia and Serbia

thank you for taking your time to get to know us… Love from Adam’s Dream Team

Introducing perk – Eco wallets!!!! – feat. #Supervalu organic milk carton wallet…

It has been a week since we started the campaign to help our dear friend and teacher from a dog’s world

It has been spreading love from Ireland all the way to Croatia and beyond… ❤

2014_October_bDuring this incredible week in the lives of all of us involved and also in the lives of people and dogs we are meeting through this campaign, we have collected 22% of our goal.

But more importantly, through a very kind donation from an anonymous person we have been able to order a wheelchair for a lovely Beba in Zagreb and soon Mr. Dragan from Kolica za pse, will make them and send them over to new owner.

More about that story later in Evelyn’s blog as we need a dog’s perspective on this awesome development of our campaign.

Now back to the reason for this post.

I will present the perk that Muppetofaman has been making for more then two years after being shown the technique by a Mexican friend and then just adapting it a little bit.

PERK : Eco Wallet – made of carton, mostly tetrapak.

This particular one on the picture has been made from the milk carton of #Supervalu brand whole organic milk and as I am their regular customer and I like this milk, I will probably make many more of those…

Each wallet is made with the same technique and the only difference is in terms of color of the tape I use or the shape I cut out. The coolest feature of the wallet as commented by users is the button and the way it opens…

This one is from a 1 liter carton so it wouldn’t not hold cards, but I make bigger ones from 2 liter cartons and these can hold debit cards, driving licence and other documents, together with money…

There are a nice unique present and very handy to use for change and also little important notes or papers…

each one comes with a inspiring note on a piece of paper and few cents for luck 🙂 ❤

So please, go to the campaign and DONATE for a good cause by clicking on this perk.

Thank you from all of us in the Adam’s world Dream Team 😀

Digital StillCameraWhile they were studying I spent hours on their laptop updating blog and sending request for couch in Wroclaw.

Digital StillCameraIMGP1340Late at night we took a train to Wroclaw and on the waz we got a message from our host Adrian in Wroclaw.

Even though I haven’t seen many people regarding my project, we had great time in Poznan and made new friends.

DAY 18: POZNAN; I meet someone from Red Cross Poland and fun with hosts

Digital StillCameraDigital StillCameraSometimes you start a day full of enthusiasm and expectation but things don’t go the way you planned or hoped. Our second day in POZNAN was a bit like this. I went out early with Evelyn to explore the city and walked to BARKA organization office, but I couldn’t find anyone there. Hopefuly I will get some info from them through email and phone. I continued searching for places following the list I got in a tourist info office.

Digital StillCameraDigital StillCameraAt the end I manage to see someone in Red Cross Poznan and we talked about their projects and I got a lot of material in Polish 😀

Afterwards I found a nice place to have some warm food that is dog friendly…

IMGP1331IMGP1333in Republika Roz I had a traditional borsch and a delicious hot chocolate with local monks liquer 😀

Digital StillCameraDigital StillCameraDigital StillCamera

Digital StillCameraDigital StillCameraWe were both rested and we spend the rest of the afternoon walking around the city. Later I made some food for our hosts and we went for a walk with our new friend Anna…

DAY 17: hello POLAND; we arrive to POZNAN and couchsurf with two lovely students

IMGP1266IMGP1276 IMGP1269We have woken up very early in BEESKOW beside the supermarket and went to train station to catch the first regional train to FRANKFURT an ODER. There we had to wait for few hours for train to Poznan.

IMGP1284 IMGP1297We took this train to SWIEBODZIN, where without my knowledge at a time is the biggest statue of Jesus in the world, even bigger then the famous one in Rio de Janeiro. We were there mostly in the waiting room and went for a short walk so I haven’t gone outside of the city to see the statue.

There we jumped on a regional train to POZNAN; beautiful city I know from last year’s EURO football championships.

IMGP1309IMGP1311We were in Stary Rynek, when I got a message from two students that we can stay with them tonight if we have no other options. It was first time on this trip I have used couch surfing and it worked even though it was LAST minute request posted by my friend in France.

We spent the evening with our hosts getting to know each other and as they studied I was working on their computer…

It was a great day and as I got a lot of info from tourist office, I was hoping to do a lot tomorrow…

DAY 16:great last day in BERLIN; meetings with GEBEWO people;sleep outside in BEESKOW

IMGP1170 We start the day waking up in a Berlin park… WHY? because I tested our skills to survive outside in the cold as we didn’t know what is ahead of us and the winter was kicking on… Of course, we were asleep maybe for 4 hours and then we moved to airport with S-bahn to warm up and have another nap…IMGP1174IMGP1178

IMGP1180IMGP1184IMGP1186And then around 10am we go to GEBEWO homeless hostel where one of the social workers gave us a tour of the place and introduction to their work. There is a good sense of community and as we walked around there was music and chat coming from many rooms. And we even met some of the guys and one of them was very happy to show us his room and some of the photos of his old home…IMGP1193

IMGP1210IMGP1212IMGP1233After that great meeting and experience, we strolled around the city taking photos and playing.

IMGP1246Later that evening we met with another lady from GEBEWO. I had more then and hour long conversation with Lina and we discussed many different subjects related to homeless people and their situation in Berlin and Europe in general. It was a great dialogue and we learned from each other and agreed on future cooperation.

IMGP1256IMGP1257IMGP1264We had to say goodbye to catch our regional train  and later that night we came to BEESKOW,  a small city where we had to spend a night sleeping beside the supermarket… so looks like the test in Berlin was worth it as we got a quite spot and managed to stay warm for 5 hours of sleep…

next day we were going to POLAND where POZNAN was our first stop…

DAY 13: regional trains to BERLIN,evening in a friend’s place

IMGP0973IMGP0968After a quiet Sunday morning and stroll around HANNOVER we move to

IMGP1013BERLIN: exciting city with so many stories to tell…

We arrived in the afternoon and met our host and a friend from previous visits to the city around 9pm.

IMGP1053As we walked around near her place, we came close to the famous sculpture on the river Spree Molecule Man 😀

It was a cold day with snow everywhere but we both enjoyed the walk before having a relaxed night with a friend

… one of those days on the road when I mostly reflected on waht has hapenned so far…
